At Purity Products, we take pride in our commitment to customer service. Our mission is simple. We want to create a very satisfying customer experience for anyone who tries Purity Products. And while we realize that not every single person will become a lifelong customer, it remains our key objective that we measure success "one customer at a time." In this spirit, we feel the need to address complaints posted against us on the Internet.
1. We have been in business for over 20 years and would never do anything unethical to tarnish our reputation. If you are unhappy with a product, an offer, or the way you were treated by one of our team members, we are here for you. Please call us at 1-844-713-7181 anytime between 9am and 9pm EST Monday through Thursday and between 9am and 5pm EST on Friday and Saturday. 2. We address all complaints in a timely fashion. We take great strides to confirm, record and review each and every order with the customer before they ultimately agree on a purchase or shipment plan.
3. We never intentionally charge anyone for products they don’t want. We carry a liberal guarantee and if a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, we have a 60-day money back policy. This means if a customer isn’t totally satisfied with our product(s) they can return the bottles, even if they’re empty, for a complete refund of the purchase price. If a customer changes their mind about a shipment, we are happy to customize (delay/modify) or cancel their order.
4. At times we experience higher call volume than others, and wait times on our phone lines vary. Please know that when we get to you, we will do everything to fully satisfy you. Our policy is not new. We’re always here to help. If you have any concern, please give us the chance to address it.
