Review: I purchased the trial bottle from an ad on the radio. I have been taking it for a little over a month. It is a good supplement. I have more energy, my joints arent as stiff and I seem to be sleeping better.

The only draw back is that you need to take two capsules, so the bottle only lasts a month. This is kind of pricey since I am buying two bottles a month. One for me and one for my husband.
